RULES & EXPECTATIONS
DEPOSIT
A $15 deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred if notified a week in advance. The deposit is transferable to any other style but is non-refundable. Deposit fees may differ for certain styles.
TRAVEL
Local travel is charged a $1 per mile. Ex: 15 miles = $15 travel fee. Long-distance travel varies; please contact us for more information.
Late
If you are 15 min late you will be charge a $20 late fee.
After 30 min late your appointment will be cancelled. Deposit is non-refundable.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid in cash only. This is non-negotiable.
Confirmation
A text will be sent a day prior to your appointment - please respond to confirm your appointment.
Hair Condition
Hair must be long enough for grip.
Hair must be the same length.
Hair must be washed and completely blown out prior to appointment.
Do not add grease or leave in conditioner.
